Dear colleagues,

We are surveying the library community to investigate how libraries are
using MARC21 Format for Holdings Data (MFHD) to record their holdings for
serials and what challenges they encounter when implementing MFHD.  We are
interested in the opinions of the person(s) responsible for serials holdings
in an institution and/or those librarians and staff who work with serials
holdings.  We invite responses from all types of libraries.  More than one
response per institution is welcome.  The survey should take 10-15 minutes
to complete.
