Try these instructions from OCLC (as posted on the OCLC cataloging list)
--

"This is for those users who have both Cataloging and Union Listing
capabilities on their authorizations. Currently, you can "sys change"
over to union listing after you log on to Passport. After June 4,
Passport will no longer allow cataloging authorizations to log on. You
have two options to continue with union listing:

1. When prompted to enter your autho, type the number, a comma and
"uls" for the system. For example: 000-000-000,uls

2. Set up a new Passport session, specific to union list. Click
Session, Create, and let the Session Guide take it from there. Make
sure to choose "PRISM Union List" from the list of options. You don't
need to enter the "uls" for the authorization. The system will handle
it automatically.

There is no need to change your authorization numbers. If you have
questions, please contact your regional OCLC service providers for more
information."

Hello, This appeared on one of the OCLC lists, and seems to answer your

Greetings!
This is for those users who have both Cataloging and Union Listing
capabilities on their authorizations. Currently, you can "sys change"
over to union listing after you log on to Passport. After June 4,
Passport will no longer allow cataloging authorizations to log on. You
have two options to continue with union listing:
1. When prompted to enter your autho, type the number, a comma and "uls"
for the system. For example: 000-000-000,uls
2. Set up a new Passport session, specific to union list. Click Session,
Create, and let the Session Guide take it from there. Make sure to
choose "PRISM Union List" from the list of options. You don't need to
enter the "uls" for the authorization. The system will handle it
automatically.
There is no need to change your authorization numbers. If you have
questions, please contact your regional OCLC service providers for more
information.
Passport for union listing/local holdings maintenance will continue
until local holdings maintenance functionality is available in the
Connexion browser later this year. When we have established the date
for that change, we will announce it. For ongoing information about the
migration, please see http://www.oclc.org/migration/ or ask your
regional OCLC service providers.
