Dear Barbara

If you contact SerialsSolutions at their email clients@serialssolutions
they will be able to answer your questions. As far as I know * all these
databases are now customizable where you can change the dates to
accurately represent what your library has. We have used this to
accurately reflect our EJS database in SerialsSolutions.

Hi, everybody. We use Serials Solutions as our open url resolver and
are very happy with it for the most part. For some of the full text
sources, like Gale databases and Highwire Press, we supposedly have
access "to present." In reality, it is more like to 1 year ago or so
for some titles. However, the public display note reads something
"01/01/1981 to present in Highwire Press." So when the patron clicks on
that, he finds out it is not really "to present." How do you deal with
this on the public displays in your open url resolver and your a to z list?

Thanks in advance.
