We route some of our journals and magazine to selected instructors/department heads/administrators. This is done by writing  the journal title and the name of the recipient on small routing slips that we have created.  We're looking for a way to improve our routing slips. I realize that some libraries create their routing slips electronically. Does anyone else create them by hand and if so, can you email me an example or offer any suggestions?
