I have two questions for all you serials catalogers lurking out there.  I
am retrospectively cataloging a local newspaper.  During the run of the
newspaper, the frequency changed from monthly to weekly.  Should the Freq
fixed field be coded as "m" or "w"?

For the second question, I need to elaborate that the newspaper was issued
daily, except for Saturday and Sunday.  Therefore, is the Regl fixed field
coded as "r" or "n"?
