LRP publications converted the vol /number to their system from the old
publisher's (Aspen Pub) system.

Hi, everyone.  I apologize if this has already been discussed
previously, but I did not find anything in the archives.  We have a
subscription to Education USA (ISSN 0013-1571).  The January 2006 issue
is numbered v. 48 #1.  Then, they changed their numbering to vol. 2.
Does anyone know the reason why?  How do you handle this problem with
regard to check-in and binding?
