I don't want to belabor this point on the list, but I didn't see an e-mail
address for responding off list.

A quarterly is published 4 times a year.  Publishing 4 issues per volume does
NOT constitute a quarterly if the volume is split over 2 years' time.

The number of pages has nothing to do with the publication schedule.  I never
said anything, either, about numbering "errors."
