Re: Sports Illustrated policy Linda Harding 07 Mar 2007 16:05 UTC

Hello,

I just called Customer Service at Sports Illustrated and was told that the
Swimsuit Edition was not sent to anyone ordering through an agency (such as
Ebsco). When I questioned her about why differing answers were being given
by different customer service reps, she said that she could not be held
accountable for what over reps are saying.

I'm now on a "callback list" to speak with a supervisor. I'll let you know
if I ever receive that call.
