Wow, what a wonderful response! One of the best things about being 'down
under' is that you're all working while I'm sleeping, so I came this
morning to all your helpful replies.

I also received communication from Rachel Lee at UC Press, and later
from Sheryle Hodapp - who sent a pdf invoice, thanks to them for
replying so promptly and helping us get this resolved.

Libraries are judged on how well they respond to the needs of their
clients, and librarians in turn judge vendors/publishers in the same
way. If we have contact email addresses listed on our websites, we all
need to make sure they're monitored and responded to promptly by people
from within the organization.
