Hello, everyone.  I use BACKSERV and BACKMED and find them both to be
lifesavers when a needed issue does not arrive or gets stolen.  Another
one I use is ALCTSDEU.  Here is the website:

I have also used Absolute Backorder and while many issues are around
$10-$15, some are around $40!  That seems a little high for a journal issue.
