This is what I had found in March 2007.  A little outdated, perhaps.
This information had been sent onto EBSCO, and they did update their
information to reflect this at the time.  The contact email has been
changed since then, and I now see that they have listed that Vol. 37,
Issue 1 has been dispatched and that Vol. 37, Issue 2 is expected in
December 2007.

Publ Behind Schedule As Of 09-10-07, Vol 37/2006/ #1 Last Issue Publ.
#2 Expected Dec 2007.

Also, to answer Deb Ham's question -- F&M has received all issues
through the final issue of Vol. 36.
