Dear Collective Wisdom,

I have very little experience cataloging serials, and am not sure who to ask about this... but I hope one of you will be able to advise me.

My library has just started receiving this journal:
Society for German-American Studies Newsletter

The masthead on the front page states that the item in hand is Vol. 28, no. 3 ; September 2007 ; published quarterly ; ISSN 0741-5733

OCLC record 10030054, for this title (I think) depicts in field 022 an ISSN of 0741-5753.

Do I assume that the publisher made a typo with the ISSN?

Please advise!
