We switched to Cox almost 2 years ago. We never used EBSCO, but Cox is
much better than our previous jobber. Our Cox rep is great, she always
gets back to us in 24 hours or less, and keeps following up on those
problem publishers. Their CoxNet system is also very good to keep track
of your subs and claims online. This year we are converting more of our
direct-order subs to Cox so they can manage the hassles instead of us.

Subject: [SERIALST] Comparison between EBSCO & WT Cox

I'd like to know if anyone uses WT Cox for their periodicals
subscription management, or even better, if they've used both and can
compare the two services. We subscribe to around 300 periodicals.

Thank you.
