LAC is seeking a dynamic Semantic Taxonomy Expert to lead the
implementation of  new information taxonomy for our client, an up and
coming company in Indianapolis , IN. The Taxonomy position is a newly
created and will be a key role at the company. We need an expert, on the
cutting edge of semantic, web, and information technologies, who has the
ability to work in a fast-paced business setting. Experience with
taxonomy development is a must. Experience with Digital Reference highly
preferred. Bachelor's degree is required and an advanced degree in
Information Science (MS), Library Science (MLS), or Linguistics is
preferred. Must have 5+ years work experience in a related corporate,
academic or library environment and 3+ years work experience in a
specifically Taxonomy related position.
