I second Katy and Joanne. I know that Bill will be doing everything in
his power to get these issues satisfactorily resolved. Haworth is a
company with some excellent publications that will certainly get a big
visibility boost by migrating to the T&F platform. This is one situation
where some patience will be worth it in the end.
