Hello,

We have a local serial that we receive called Southwest Senior.  Apparently
a few years back they skipped some volume numbers, and we have been
receiving it in our system with what should have been the correct volume
number instead what is printed on the serial as the volume.    We find that
the small presses tend to frequently print the incorrect volume number.  Do
you have a written policy/procedure that you use for when to change the
volume numbers in the system when you receive to the printed number? Also,
how do you coordinate with cataloging for this to be noted?
