Jenny, I don't think that is how Journals@OVID (Lippincott) defines "1
user."

It is one simultaneous user from within your IP range.

We serve a campus of >13,000 FTE, and we only have 1 user for each
Journals@OVID LWW title. Most of the time, this is sufficient.

OVID is in the stone age with their single simultaneous user restriction,
but that's another issue.
