We've had a subscription to the Japanese newspaper Rafu shinpo = The
Rafu shimpo for many years and dealt with numerous irregularities
with their numbering.  Today we received the January 30, 2009 issue
which is numbered "31,????".

At least they are honest...

P.S.  For those of you who are wondering, we are pretty sure it is no.31345.
