Has anyone encountered specific journals (such as "Innovate") listed in DOAJ that require a user to register in order to access
articles in those journals?  Have you encountered users asking if they need to pay for this sign-up or other questions regarding
sign-up? How does your library treat this kind of individual journal sign up requirement in the bibliographic record?
