Re: Customer service Regina Koury 22 Apr 2009 22:07 UTC
We have both EBSCO and Harrassowitz and they do a fantastic job too! EBSCO's technical support (A to Z, linksource) is fast, friendly and helpful. We love them:) Having done customer service in the past, I can really see the difference between vendors who care and those who don't! I have been dealing with EBSCO for approximately 6 years and I have found them to be extremely professional and helpful. They recently changed our Customer Service representative and the service continues without skipping a beat. We are very satisfied with them.
