We don't want to miss the opportunity to thank the wonderful people at
Swets for their excellent service. As we have recently transitioned from
another vendor, they have been incredibly patient and helpful.

We also get excellent service from EBSCO. What I think makes the biggest
difference is our customer service representative who's always helpful
and always quick to follow up on problems.

I'd like to give a shout-out to our wonderful customer service rep Derek
Curry, also in the Denver office. He's done a great job for us.

As another small library that gets treated like it's one of their
biggest
clients, I also feel we've always gotten excellent service. It has been
such a pleasure to work with Mary Blosser out of the Denver office.

I'll chime in to add that I have always been pleased with Ebsco's
service.
The other day a faculty member requested a new journal that wasn't in
OCLC
and wasn't listed in Ebsconet. I called my service rep, and she did the
legwork and got right back to me. If we had to handle our subscriptions
individually, we'd need more staff and I shudder to think about the
workload. I feel Ebsco earns the service fees. And we are a relatively
small library.
