You might also ask if the "perpetual access" is dependent on an annual access fee?

We have recently come across a few journal titles in which the website states there is perpetual access to the title, but the terms or agreement remains silent on this issue.  I am reluctant to cancel print with so little assurance.  Have you come across such a situation, and how have you handled it?  If they state on the invoice, the title - perpetual access, would you consider that sufficient?
