The last issue of the NCTM News Bulletin was #46 issue 1 July/Aug
2009. "Summing up" now replaces the NCTM News Bulletin; it is
available online at www.NCTM.org.

Also, it is printed in hard copy form and mailed out three times a
year, April, September, and December.
