Hi Cyndi,

KB usually stands for Knowledge Base, and it's generally used in the context of a link resolver or other similar database. So the KB update is exactly what it sounds like--the knowledge base being updated.

Hope that's what you were looking for.

Subject: [SERIALST] KB update - what is that?

Hi,

I've seen a couple people mention a "KB update" - what is that, and who
provides these updates?

Thanks for any information you folks can share; I appreciate it!

Take care,
Cyndi
