For anyone interested, here is the editor's reply regarding the recent publication status of About ... Time magazine. Volume 37 no.4 and v.38 have been published. Volume 37 no.5/6 is still expected but not yet published. Volume 39 will be published quarterly.

Thank you for your query. Yes, there is one more issue due for V37 5-6, a combined issue, which still has not been printed and mailed. The V38 2010 is the only issue for 2010. The economic downturn hit us very hard.
We are on a comback and expect to publish quarterly for Volume 39 (2011). If you have additional questions, I can be reached at 585-334-3703.
