We have used W.T. Cox since 2008 and I have been extremely pleased with them. Their customer service is excellent. The one thing about Journal Finder I really like is you don't have to maintain your local holdings in Journal Finder the way you do with Serials Solutions and Ebsco (I have used both of those products). Journal Finder links into your catalog and your student can see your print/microform holdings there. I've had training on their ERM but I haven't really used it so I can't tell you much about it. Anytime I've had a question about Journal Finder, Maria is always quick to respond to my inquiries. As with any product, there are differences with how it works, but overall I have been pleased with their products and definitely their customer service. Cox Does anyone have any experience using WT Cox, particularly their Journal Finder service? How is the A-Z and Link Resolver? Have you used the ERM and does it really help you, or is it a pain to use?
