Someone contacted me off-list about any updates so I tried calling Innovative Document Imaging again and was able to talk with someone there.  It turns out I was mistaken as the microfilm we received wasn't Time Magazine.  This company does work for Cengage so it was likely one of the Times newspaper titles.  I did have a discussion with him about the situation as he was very interested.  His main question was whether there was enough interest in these titles to warrant investigation of producing those titles in microfilm given the costs they would have to incur to produce it.  So, it doesn't sound as though we are any closer a resolution to this problem.
