The **HOT FLASHES** idea is a good one, assuming we deal with verifiable facts
and not let it degenerate into an on-line rumour mill.  Title changes in
particular are a major headache, and advance notice of them helps our operation
run more smoothly.  I would also add price changes - some of these 30%+
increases this year are playing havoc with my (and I assume other people's)
budget.
