Terri J. Goldich listed several OCLC record numbers where
          title change information can be found.  In order to view the
          information, however, the records indicate you must log on
          under a SERIALS CONTROL AUTHORIZATION and type "ulser" (an
          apt acronym).  This brings up the union list display.

          Is there a way to obtain this information when one has only
          authorization to the CATALOGING subsystem?
