The Libraries at Oregon State University and Washington State University are co-hosting the THIRD NATIONAL CONFERENCE ON LIBRARIANS AND INTERNATIONAL DEVELOPMENT: "Information Management in the Developing World." It will be held at Oregon State University in Corvallis, Oregon April 28-30, 1991.
