Re: Publishers Using SII codes Betty Landesman 04 Aug 1991 19:35 UTC

Kathy - All Kluwer publications have been carrying the SISAC symbol for the las
t 2 years. At the NASIG meeting it was announced that Academic (London) has be
en carrying it. Some individual titles, e.g., SISAC news and Kidney Internation
al also carry it currently. The publishers who have committed to start using t
he symbol now that the SICI (Serial Item and Contribution Identifier - Z39.56-1
991) is done, are (to my knowledge) as follows: Wiley, Pergamon, Elsevier, Turp
in (Royal Chemical Society), Taylor & Francis, Academic (San Diego), Blackwell,
and Harcourt Brace. I was the moderator at that NASIG session, and am a past
chair of SISAC. I would be glad to answer any additional questions you may hav
e.
