In  "Newsletter on Serials Pricing Issues" NS 37, Patricia Berger made
reference to a study by Garrett and Alen for the Corporation for National
Research Initiatives, "Toward a Copyright Management System for Digital
Libraries".

Does anybody know from where and at what cost I might be able to obtain a
copy of the report?
