Here at Tech we use the progam PC-FILEDB to produce such lists.  Each title
is assigned to only one fund unless it is received in multiple formats.  The
second copy is usually charged to the general fund.  On the rare occasion
that two funds request one title, the charge is split in half and
put on each list with a note.  Hope this will help - Judy
