You know -- it just struck me that this issue of "disks with journals"
has a long history.  Music-related journals and magazines used to publish
small flexible 33 rpm disks bound into the magazine.  I have Glenn Gould
(and a choral group) doing his "So You Want to Write A Fugue." This was
published in a special issue of _Hi Fi Stereo Review_ sometime in the
middle 1960's. Later, _Sing Out_ -- for about a year -- included a similar
record bound into each issue -- with recordings of the printed folk songs.
I wonder how those were handled?
