We will be moving into a new building in about a year and we are looking
at alternate ways to handle document delivery services and traditional
ILL operations.  We are a CARL library and use UNCOVER services
frequently.  Our student body is about 10,000 grad and undergrads.
How are other libraries handling the operations of document delivery
services?  Any interesting ILL models that we could look at before
we assign offices and space?  What departments are involved in
document delivery and ILL and which department handles the
supervision of the operations?  Any information would be helpful
