How do libraries catalog the following situations:  (1) Supplemental issue
has the volume and issue number of the parent serial along with the word
supplement (the volume and issue number are repeated on a regular issue)
Would the supplemental issue receive separate cataloging?
2)  The supplemental issue carries the volume number of the parent serial along
with the word supplement (no issue number), the rest of the issues carry volume
and issue numbers.  Would this supplement be cataloged separately?
