What are people doing about binding the Frank Netter memorial folder,
sent as issue #4 of 1992? We had been valiantly claiming, and when
this "issue" arrived recently, we were nonplussed. It bears no issue
numbering, or Clinical Symposia designation. Ciba-Geigy is the publisher.
We have no good way to deal with information presented in this format.
