Subject: The new Ebsco Serials Directory

I just took a look at the 7th ed of the Ebsco Serials Directory.  Maybe I
missed the publicity surrounding its release.  It is a powerhouse of
information for collection development purposes.  Most notable are the
inclusion of an ISI impact factor index for 4500 journals for which ISI
has calculated impact factor, a CCC index for 7500 journals registered
with the Copyright Clearance Center, a peer-review index for 7000 peer-
reviewed publications, an index of new title by subject ... 8 new indexes
in all.  Congratulations on the inclusion of these enhancements, Ebsco.
