We would also appreciate hearing from people who have had experience using
LSER. We will need to make a decision regarding online check-in and would
appreciate hearing from those who have had to make the decision to use or not
to use LSER as opposed to the o/p/r.

There has been some recent mail on this list regarding some serious problems
with LSER which have not yet been received, in particular the inability to
check-in an issue received out of sequence.

All comments would be much appreciated for those of us who have not yet taken
the plunge into online check-in.
