Does anyone know the exchange rates set by Pergamon, Elsevier, and
Springer for 1993 titles ordered before Jan 1993?  Please respond to me so
the rest of the list won't be snowed under and I'll share the figure with
the list.  Also, are any vendors showing the exchange rate in effect when
you are invoiced on the invoice?  Are any of you keeping track of exchange
rates?  If so, how often?
