I am not a member of this list yet but would like to ask for some
assistance if possible.  We are currently using Turner subscription
service for our serials needs.  As of July 1, 1994, in order to meet
legal requirements, we will have to put it out for bids.  Any information
regarding serials vendors and/or what to include in our contract would be
most appreciated.
