The Economist Intelligence Unit's _Country Report - Israel_ recently
changed its title to _Country Report - Israel and the Occupied
Territories_.  Our issues are all missing for the critical
period.  Please can any kind person tell me what was the last issue
number of the old title, and the first of the new?  Many thanks.
