Hi!

The only news I've heard on Faxon is no news yet. EBSCO sale is not
finalized yet but is expected to be in the next few weeks.

Other than that, I've closed my ears to rumors: I'm not privy to real
information, so what I hear is old, old old.and unreliable unreliable
unreliable.

Faxon competitors have been contacting by mail, phone or visit some
Faxon customers. I don't know what else is being added to the rumor mill
in the process.
