Just heard a rumor that Heckman Bindery has just bought out Hertzberg.
Can anyone confirm or infirm?

Heckman has just confirmed the rumor. They did indeed buy Hertzberg's
binding operation, effective Sept 1. All Hertzberg's equipment will be
moved to North Manchester, Indiana, and all Hertzberg customers
converted to Heckman over a timetable of approx. 9 months. Interesting
for us in that we had just switched from Hertzberg to Heckman, but did
not receive the letter about the purchase that recently was sent to
all Hertzberg customers.
