In answer to Marcia Whipple's question re: the 2 British pubs. needed:
   One recommendation:  Try Readmore; not only have they been able to
      deal quickly and well with the one-of-a-kind situations we often
      run into, but also considering their direct connection w/Gt. Britian
      (their Blackwell's connection), they could probably handle this.
      You'd be able to pay a US company and obtain the publications on a
      subscription basis, plus a quote & fill on the backfiles.  They're
      used to dealing with all types of accounts, library or non-library,
