Well, I'm glad I am not the only one who experiences this problem.  I
thought I was.  Best I can tell the problem is associated with yearly
renewals.  I have paid close attention here lately and find duplicates
with our old mailing address and our new one that we've been using for
nearly two years now.  But I still can't tell where the problem
originates since it is some and not all titles.  But yes, we get
bombarded with dups from about November to the beginning of February then
everything clears up again.  I'll be interested to see the responses and
whether or not anyone has any ideas to put an end to the frustration.  I
sure don't know what to do.
