Yes, but what are the rates for corporate libraries?  The way I read their
confusing messages and mailings seems to force us into the Network rate,
which is sometimes described as "for subscribers engaged in commercial
document delivery."  Nonetheless, that's rate they are charging all for
profit institutions, I guess.   Can anyone clarify this?
