Hannah, sorry for the late response, but I had a hugh backlog of mail to go
through.  I use REMO and send monthly claims be disk to Readmore.  The
publisher responses vary.  However, whenever I find that a particular publisher
is giving me a hard time with obtaining missing/never received journal issues,
I usually bring the problem to the direct attention of our account rep.  If she
is not able to get the publisher to react, I then recommend to the powers that
be cancellation of the title or I recommend not renewing the title if it is not
possible to cancel.
