Subject: OPAC display

        Do any libraries selectively catalog materials which they
        do not themselves own, but do display in their OPAC?  One
        of our librarians has suggested that we catalog selective
        titles [expensive indexes or reference sources], and that
        the OPAC display would provide a referral to another
        location in the area.

        We are interested in knowing if any other libraries do this,
        and what procedures they use.
