We shelve alpha and use the title as it appears in indexes.  This
causes a wee problem with UMI databases as they choose to use the
strictest of cataloging rules, ie.  "American Medical Association.
Journal."  In those cases we either enter a "see ref" or rely on
the 246 alternate title tag for our pac.  (And this raises another
problem - how do you file the corresponding film or fiche?)
